Terms of Service

We guarantee a pass mark of 60% for Impac Prequal, Totika, SHE. Sitewise pass is guaranteed to be 75%. Guarantees are only valid if all forms are processed as requested by us. Processing will include communication with workers, and them signing the acknowledgement of communication. Submission will only be done once all documents are submitted.

Where you do not have systems, documents, assessments, registers, policy, etc. we will build these for you. Once complete, you will have a substantial safety system, which you can use to move forward and use the systems to operate your business in a safe manner. This may either be done manually, or using our safety systems.

Documents will be prepared by experienced people, and will be done based on the information supplied. The onus on the client to check the content for accuracy, and request changes as required. Remember, you know your business better than anybody else.

In the event you are not running ongoing systems, we will need to establish these. This will take a bit more time. We will assist and guide you with this. Examples of ongoing forms are:

  • Regular site safety briefings / toolbox talks
  • Incident registers
  • Management meetings
  • Safety meetings

Timeframe

We will call for documents and information within a day.

Once we have established what you have, we can then prepare a list of what needs improvement.

Prepared documents may take a day or two. The quicker you process documents – i.e. present them to the workers and get signatures, the quicker we can process them.

Contractors – if you use them, this is potentially an area of challenge. The better their safety systems are, the quicker the process. Again, we will guide you.
